Keystone is a real estate consultancy firm, set up by Thomas Rihoux in 2014 to accompany Belgian real estate developers in their development.
Thomas brings more than 15 years financial and project management experience regarding feasibility studies and cashflow analysis as well as advising clients on financial and technical aspects of real estate developments.
Keystone has develop his corporate housekeeping, fund management and project financing skills throughout these years with a solid track record. Keystone has actively been part of the setup of two real estate development funds investing in EU countries by developing strategy, corporate structure, dashboards, KPI's and reporting standards.
Thomas Rihoux as representative of Keystone is joining executive committees and board meetings on a weekly basis to present, follow and adapt those reports to a panel of 2 to 10 private investors.
